Swedish Meatballs...Kinda?
I was trying to put together dinner the other night and I realized I needed to use up 2lbs of ground beef that wasn't much longer for this world. I was running low on veggies and I recalled I had Ronzoni Super Green noodles in the cabinet. After some more research I decided to try my hand at Swedish meatballs! I used a recipe by Alton Brown as my base - I highly recommend doubling the sauce portion of the recipe. It might seem like a lot of sauce but it won't go to waste! I also used plain old unsalted butter in lieu of the clarified version. The combo of the sauce with the Super Green thin spaghetti was AMAZING! I can't recommend this recipe highly enough. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
